These beta terms explain how PadAudit should be used while the product is being developed.
1. What PadAudit provides
PadAudit provides rental decision-support reports based on available property, listing and location signals. Reports are intended to help renters identify areas worth checking before booking a viewing or progressing with a rental enquiry.
2. Not professional advice
PadAudit reports are not legal advice, financial advice, safety certification, property surveys or guarantees that a property is suitable, compliant, safe or affordable.
3. User responsibility
You should verify important rental information directly with the landlord, letting agent, local authority or relevant official source before making decisions.
4. Data accuracy
PadAudit may use third-party or publicly available data sources. While the platform aims to present useful insights, data may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
5. Beta status
PadAudit is currently in beta. Features, reports, scoring and data checks may change as the product develops.
6. Future paid features
These terms will be expanded before any paid accounts, saved reports, property comparison tools or user login features are introduced.
